Mediasite is a powerful multi-media recording solution that captures all the elements of any presentation; the speech, PowerPoint slides, video and computer graphics are all recorded and synchronised together.
Because of this synchronisation there is no lengthy (and expensive) post conference editing needed. In fact, it is possible for your delegates to be given a copy of the day’s presentation on CD/DVD or USB device to take home. The entire presentation is auto-indexed allowing you to select and view individual slides with synchronised video and audio. Alternatively, the content can be used at a later date on-demand via your website or company intranet.
Mediasite can also be used to broadcast your conference live over the web. Why have your delegates travel from all over the county when they can take an active roll in your event from the comfort of their home or office computer? Mediasite offers conference organisers a ‘green’ alternative by reducing the number of delegates travelling to the venue not to mention the reduced venue costs!
